Your Mortgage Consultant will then will provide you with a list of items needed to gather and bring to a set appointment.During your appointment, your Mortgage Consultant will review your credit profile, assess goals for your home financing, have you complete any additional items on the application, and provide you with different loan programs that would work for you.		Once this application process is complete you will receive a pre-approval letter indicating the amount the investor is willing to lend you for your home. This is very important. You are now a step ahead of the competition on the bidding process for a new home!You are now in a position to find a home and make an offer. Your realtor can guide you through the offer and contract stage. Then, the team at Morgan Financial will work closely with you, your realtor, the appraiser, the title agency, the underwriter and finally the closing department.
